Thank you for choosing Atmos Hobbies & Games for your immersive VR experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:

Refunds & Cancellations:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Late arrivals or no-shows

  • Technical issues not caused by Atmos Hobbies & Games

• A full refund will only be issued if the event is canceled by Atmos Hobbies & Games due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Equipment failure

  • Staffing issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Venue unavailability

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
